Aetna Felt Returns / Refunds
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received the shipment, and we’ll issue you a refund minus the shipping charges and any re-stocking fees (if applicable). Please note, we do not accept partial product returns. Products returned must be unused and in their original condition. Clearance items cannot be returned.
Yard(s) of Felt and/or Cork: 20% of item value
Cut Felt and/or Cork: 15% of item value
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the cost of return shipping and cannot refund shipping and handling charges on returned items. We do not offer product exchanges.
Returning Items by Mail:
Before returning any product, you must contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have received your RMA number, re-pack the items securely in their original box and insert a copy of your packing slip. We also ask that you write your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping back to us. A refund
will be issued within 14 days of your package being received by Aetna Felt. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Please keep your tracking number when you ship your package back to us as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Aetna Felt reserves the right to refuse the return if the package is opened, damaged, or is not the original product shipped.
