Custom Die Cutting- Aetna Felt can cut a wide range of felt, textiles and non-metallic materials

• Traditional die cutting- we have thousands of dies in stock for your use or we can create custom dies to meet Your needs

• Computer Controlled Cutting- with high speed reciprocating knife leaves clean edges
  • Up to 2" thick materials

Hot Foil Stamping- various colors, custom logos

Perforating- Up to 60" wide and ¼" thick

Pricking- up to 60" wide, does not remove material, leaves air passage

Slitting- from 1/8" to 80" wide. Material thickness from 1/32" to 1". Rolls or sheets.

Spooling- up to 24" wide x 12" diameter on 3" cores

Warehousing- Aetna Felt will warehouse your parts or roll goods for 'Just-in-time' delivery
